Every design has a story, and the Royal Catribbean will always hold a special place in ours — it was our very first “luxury liner” cat station.
This slim and elegant structure was custom-designed for a long narrow walkway in the family’s previous home, where Sunshine, Tiggy, and Olive lived with their pawrents. Its sleek white-and-grey finish blended beautifully into the home while giving the cats plenty of vertical territory — from cozy perches to lookout points and lounging decks.
At that time, Luna was already part of the family. But integration was tough, and she spent much of her time separated in a room while her pawrents carefully followed introduction phases.
When the family later moved house, the Royal Catribbean came with them. Reinstalled in the new living space, it unexpectedly became the bridge that helped the cats adjust together. With our guidance, the pawrents placed all four cats in the main living room without separation, using the vertical station as a safe outlet. Daily feeding and play sessions with supervision gave the cats confidence, while the Royal Catribbean offered escape routes, resting spots, and high vantage points to ease tensions.
Within two weeks, the household found its rhythm. Sunshine and Luna may not be best friends, but they can now coexist peacefully without the need for closed doors — a quiet victory that means the world to their pawrents.
As our very first luxury liner, the Royal Catribbean is more than just a cat station — it’s a symbol of how thoughtful design and patience can help turn a house full of cats into a true family. 🐾
