How It Works?

We serve not only to create a better home for your cats but educate for better living for yourself!

Our services have evolved from 40-years of combined experience. As such, great care is put into the planning and implementation of each aspect of our services.

Please note that in many of our project an on-site, a home visit/consultation is necessary for us to understand more about you and your cat’s needs. Our home visits helps us establish a few facts. Among them includes:

  • Number of cats living in the household
  • Cat’s age group
  • Your cat’s history
  • Your cat’s character
  • Existing and potential behavioural issues
  • Your own personal preference and style
  • Your current concerns
  • Current space, furnishing, walls and structures.

The information below will depend on the service you are opting for. Each case is unique. The more we can understand your needs, the better we can help you better support your cats.

Cat Safety

  • Sending us pictures of what you intend to cat proof would help us in our task. No two windows, balconies, outdoor space are the same (even if it’s a HDB apartment). Some measurements if you can are appreciated.
  • For a firm quote, we need to visit you for an onsite survey. The onsite survey is free of charge and is recommended for all balconies, gardens and outdoor spaces.
  • After our visit, we will provide you with a firm quote for you to decide if you wish to go ahead.
  • A deposit of 50% is requested upon confirmation of a quote.
  • We try our best to have our installations done within two weeks after deposit is made. Our cat safety nets can easily take a full day to install.
  • We do follow ups with our customers to ensure the cats are happy and well adjusted with the new environment. We are also available for adjustments if necessary.

Our process is very transparent. The goal is to bring safety and protect your cat. If we feel an other solution might be better in your situation, we will be happy to suggest the best way forward for your cats. We will also explain the pros and cons and provide you with all the information you need to make the best decision for your cats.

Catification

We mostly work on project basis but we are also available to propose smaller catification sets and individual shelves such as our cat silhouette shelves series. You wish to catify a wall? A room? Several rooms and spaces? A balcony and outdoor space? Let us know the details via our contact form.

  • First step: Visiting the Customer
We come to your home for a consultation to study the home’s layout, observing the cat’s natural movement within the layout, and analysing where the catification should be.
  • Second step: Drawing Board
We will draw and sketch your space and propose a catification plan with different options in line with your budget and your cats needs.
  • Third step: Submission of Drawing and Sketches
We review the sketches with you either in person or via email, make amendments if necessary and confirm a final design together.
  • Fourth step: Submission of Final Sketches with Official quote
An official quote is generated with all details for customer review and final approval. Upon approval, a deposit of 50% is requested to put the project into production and a date of installation can be confirmed within 3 weeks of project confirmation.
  • Fifth step: Production
Your project is put into production in our Singapore workshop.
  • Sixth step: Installation
Our team of experts will come to your home to install. Depending on the size of the project, it can take half a day to 2 days to install a typical project. Most take a full day. Once the installation is completed, and if the cats are around, we will teach you how to guide your cats. Most cats are natural and take to the catification instantly, some are more shy or are new to exercise and climbing. We will leave you with loads of information and hands on experience on how to guide your cats.
  • Seventh step: Follow Up
We want to make sure your cats are happy and using the catification.  We will  follow up on your cats  and their progress and any additional support you may need. We are also available to make any adjustments to the catification if necessary.

Cat Behavioral

Each cat and family case is unique.
Contact us to discuss your needs and make an appointment for a home consultation. Give us some information about your cat family and the nature of the behavioural problems you are experiencing.

Consultation usually last between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the issues your cats are experiencing and the number of cats you have.

Most cases require only 1 session, sometimes 2 at the most. In cases where a second session is necessary, we recommend waiting 3 to 4 weeks after our first visit to give your cats a chance to respond.
After our consultation, we follow your progress via WhatsApp and uploading videos and photos. We help support you through the implementation phase of your customised behavioural plan and make adjustments through feedback.
The consultation session is structured as follows:
  • We conduct a detailed interview to understand the dynamics of your family, and history of your cat(s).
  • We do a house survey to understand the lay out of your home and where all your cat’s essential are located. The lay out of your home, location and the type of cat essentials you have, play a role in helping your cat family recover.
  • We spend time with your cats, assessing each one to study their character, interactions and what they respond best to.
  • We teach you techniques to practice with your cats and leave you with recommendations and an action plan to implement.
